About the event
A BOOK CLUB, but artsy - bring your journal, sketchbook, scrapbook or diary (whatever you call it, it's welcome) and spend the morning with me and some other crafty / "not crafty" peeps, chatting, sharing, and making a lovely mess.
Whether you're looking to fill up your journal pages, try new styles and materials, or just make use of Me & Frank's abundance of wellbeing tools - these two hours are all for you!
Come prep your pages with colourful backdrops for your journalling practice... sometimes the paint becomes the whole page and you might want to leave it as is, other times it's a great surface to write on, and sometimes it can even prompt you what to write about/think through. Make use of a vast array of creative supplies (because Libby LOVES shopping for craft supplies), and wellbeing tools (affirmation cards, poetry books, art magazines and books, crystals,…
